We plant and harvest every day.
Only the first cut is ever used.
Once it's cut, we juice it with an extremely slow masticating juicer. No heat is produced so all of the life is still living in the juice.
We then package it into 2 oz bottles and freeze immediately.
This locks in tons of the nutrients and provides for as little degradation as possible.
We love packaging them in bottles for the convenience, usability without the mess.
