Our Sunflower Sprouts (Shoots) are as fresh as possible to keep their incredibly dense source of nutrients intact. They are an incredible source of essential amino acids, Vitamin A, D, E and B Complex. They are high in protein, potassium, calcium, iron and manganese. Add it all up and you end up with another delicious and nutrient filled sprout! We love to add them to our juices, smoothies and salads.
