Our Broccoli Sprouts (microgreens) are harvested the same day that they're delivered or picked-up. They are as fresh as possible to keep their incredibly dense source of nutrients intact. In addition to 3x your daily Vitamin K, they contain 75% of your daily recommended Vitamin C. They also contain more than a third of your Vitamin E, Folates and Manganese. Add in Chlorophyll, amino acids, protein and a ton of micronutrients - you end up with a delicious and nutrient filled sprout! We love to add them to our juices, smoothies and salads.
