Grab your mat and join us Thursday mornings for a free 45 minute Gentle Yoga Class taught by Christina Trecapelli. This class will move through gentle poses and offer a place to calm your mind. This class is great for beginners and those with limited mobility – but open to all! Chairs and some props will be available.
Stay for a freshly-juiced wheatgrass shot after class!
Christina loves practicing and teaching yoga as an integrated experience for the mind, body and spirit. She believes that yoga is for everyone and works to make her students feel seen and supported. She lives by the idea that “there is always more to learn”, and uses that theory to help students on their own personal yoga journey. Christina has been teaching yoga since 2019 after completing her Yoga Alliance-certified 200 Hour Teacher Training. She currently teaches at Nafas Fitness + Yoga in Royal Oak and is working to complete her 300 Hour Yoga Teaching certification.
