This sprouted bean mix is packed with fiber and protein. The crunchy, nutty flavor is great on sandwiches, in salads, soups, stir fry, snack foods or just by themselves. Make sprouted hummus – it tastes great! Store your fresh bean sprouts in a glass container in the fridge for the best flavor.
 
Sprouting takes a few days and is always fresh. We have a continuous rotation of freshly sprouted bean mix.
 
We sprout daily and ship it when you order it – packed with insulation and a cold pack. UPS picks up at 5 pm and delivers to you the following day still cold.
