Fire Cider & Bone Broth Workshop
Just in time to kick the ick before the holidays – Jill is teaching us how to make warming winter beverages like Fire Cider and Bone Broth from scratch!
Known for it's medicinal & immune boosting properties, a shot of Fire Cider can help break up mucus, fight inflammation & infections, balance blood sugar and keep your gut microbiome healthy.
In this hands-on workshops, we'll be chopping and jarring ingredients to create the vinegar-based tonic infused with ingredients like hot peppers, horseradish, turmeric, onions, garlic, citrus and honey. You'll bring your concoction home to steep and it will be ready before Thanksgiving!
We'll also be learning a simple, nutrient-dense Bone Broth recipe that you can make at home. Jill will have samples of her recipe for everyone to sip on during class.
